Individual Therapy

In the strict intimacy of the practice the Individual Therapy will be with no other intervention from the outside. The psychotherapist welcomes his(her) patient's questions or complaints, then he supports him(her) towards his(her) solving issues.

It is possible to enter a therapy from the age of 4 or 5, with the consent a parent or legal guardians.

In my own practice I welcome children, teenagers and adults of all ages, men and women.

A psychotherapy can be very short (2 to 5 sessions), rather short (5 to 10 sessions) or longer (several months, even several years sometimes), depending on the problems, the targets, and the used methods. However, it stays rare to obtain strong, relevant and sufficient issues in only 2 sessions : a psychotherapy is a changing process, and changing in the deep is not obvious, nor instantaneous.
