Many different therapies are existing (psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy using the speech (CBT), but also art therapy, or body mediation therapy, etc) and you can find plenty of training centers for each of them.
These approaches are practised many different ways : individually, in a group, during a session in a practice and during Online sessions.
The psychotherapist can specialize a particular area (hypnotherapist, behaviourist, etc), but he also can use his own creativity to overview different aproaches he's mastering.
As far as I'm concerned, my approach is clearly multireferential, and I use a large panel of techniques and approaches depending on the person I welcome and on their problems. This is the way I can help with great results to many different situations.
